=PROPER Function - How to apply

Hello - I am attempting to use the =PROPER .xls function and want to apply it to over 350 rows on a spreadsheet so we can then import the spreadsheet into RE.

So far I've only figured out how to apply it to one cell at a time. Can anyone help?

    Thanks, Darcy

    Hi Darcy,

I use this function quite a lot. Just auto-fill your formula down through all of your rows. Then copy your whole column and then paste using the "paste special" option choosing values to paste the changed data instead of your formula.

Also, it's worth noting that there are a few things that you need to watch for - e.g. when a word has 's it replaces this with 'S so your file might need some tweaking afterwards.

I hope this is what you were after....
