Hello to all I'm a BB administrator for a school in MO, I recently deplyoed VPN for easy acces of other resource from different other locations rather then the school network , but I'm even after I log on itnto the network where the database is I'm unable to connect to it! Does anyone else access the admission portion of the database using a vpn connection? If so can you please advise me? Thank you in advance! Andrea

The only way I have been able to access version 6 data via VPN is to VPN in and then use a remote desktop for a computer that has BB installed.

Andrea, Our Registrar accesses EE7 from a VPN without Remote Desktop. Our FE7 users do the same also. It is a bit tricky to get it to work but it works well once you get past the tricky part.
