Idea [I] Phonathon Tracking - Best Practices

We are re-thinking some of our phonathon tracking at our University. I am looking for good options for tracking the calls (unanswered/answered/bad phone numbers/disconnects/etc.) for our upcoming phonathon. Do you use Actions or Attributes? Is information stored in "Address Attributes?" In other words, what can you share that works well, and what practices we should avoid?

     Thanks!

We use Appeal and list the response in the response column.  We use "gave", "declined", "not reached" for our phon-a-thon responses.
