Has anyone streamlined their event participation using third party software or RE:VBA? The registration process for event participation is quite complex. I am looking to simplify the ticket sales all the while keeping my information centralized within RE. I have been looking at some of these box office ticketing systems, but they are overkill for my needs. I have one person who is in charge of events, and takes registrations over phone, fax, email, web... The multiple tabs and possibilities complicate the data entry process. Any one use or thought of using a different method? Thanks, William

If you want to be able to add event participants through a batch type format please create a case to add yourself to Solution ID: BB21975. The more of us who tell them that registering people using their multi tab format is a pain in the butt then maybe they will change it. :) Melissa Melissa S. I do. Is there any such thing as a 'quick' way to update RSVPs, 'Attended" status, etc. And anything to handle multiple events one is invited too? e.g., they're invited to and are RSVPing for 5 events at the same time? What I need is batch and updatabe version of custom view and more.

Since you can't update anything in custom view that would not work. The only way I can think of updating RSVPs for multiple events for one person is from their record on the event tab. I know this is on the suggested list for over a year and the status has not changed. Are there any organizations out there that created a custom batch through VBA that allows you to enter participants in a batch? I am wondering if it is possible...thanks in advance.
