I just upgraded from GiftMaker Pro to Raiser's Edge. Everything is working except for my dashboard...it says that I need Microsoft Office Web Components software, and refer to the Raiser's Edge Installation Guide, but I can't seem to find it. Can anyone help?

However, I'd first recommend going through the steps in Knowledgebase solution BB341312:
If using Microsoft Office XP, 2003, or 2007:
1. Download and install the Microsoft Office XP web components.
2. If the issue continues to occur, uninstall and reinstall The Raiser's Edge on the workstation.
