    Constituent Codes at a Museum

I'm wondering if there are any other museums using Raiser's Edge that have a solid list of constituent codes in place.  Also, I'm curious how former codes are being used, like Former Staff or Former Board Member.

     Thanks for any replies.

Re: Constituent Codes at a Museum

We have about a dozen or so constituency codes. Trustee, Overseer, Staff, former Trustee, former Overseer, etc. We also use constituency codes for each of our Visiting Committees, and also former Visiting Committee member. We just implemented a Docent constituency code, though it will only be updated periodically (we don't maintain the docent list in Development). When known, we have start and end dates, which is helpful for my reporting on specific constituencies, though it's not quite accurate to say that someone is Former Trustee 6/1/02 - 5/30/04, but it works for us.
