This question is for anyone who has both a greatful patient and alumni database in one. Have you heard of the practive of 'splitting' gifts in order that each of the two spouses in a marriage get 50% credit of the check/pledge amount? Is this the policy for all gifts (even for those from patients/non-alumns)? We are considering merging our patient donation database with our universities alumn database. Thanks much!!! Beth
