    Laura,

I hope you are still out and willing to share the policies and procedures manual.  I, too, would like to have a copy if you do not mind.

    Thanks

Re: Data Entry Policies and Procedures

Can I ask that people refrain from these types of "me too" messages.  There are places where people have posted the policies (and other documents) they are willing to share.  Please visit www.blackbus.org where many of us have shared our policies.  On this website you can go to Client Documents at http://www.blackbaud.com/sharedoc.aspx.  Anyone who has not yet shared their documents can go to these same places to post yours.

Because policies and procedures are a huge job it is a frequently requested thing but they are not so often shared (probably because we all avoid doing them) so I have found my options limited.  Each and every office is different and has different needs and my experience is that you may need to just jump in and start your own policies and procedures to meet your own needs.

    Good Luck.

    Laura,

I was trying to find a sample list of Code Table Entries for both Indurstries and Professions in the Forum and wondered if you would be willing to share the table entries you've used in Raisers Edge.  We are trying to clean up our database and this would help.  Thank you.

    Hi Laura

I am looking for examples of procedure manuals and found this discussion on the Blackbaud forum.  Would you mind e-mailing your manual to me to see as a guide in my research?

     Thanks Laura

Re: Data Entry Policies and Procedures

We implemented GrantEdge last Fall and now realize that we have some data entry issues in RE and need to establish policies.  We would love to see your guidelines to establish one for ourselves.  Would you please email it to me?
