I was wondering what ways do people use the Action tab in Raiser's Edge. My organization maybe getting into moves management. I was just wondering how people manage and approach this menu.

Action Tracks are brilliant. We also use them in Event records to track the different stages between event planning, guest list and logistical phases. Works like a charm!
We have also started using actions for auditing reasons. For example, if we add a new address, or a donor changes their credit line or we decide to make that individual or organisation inactive, we always add an action so that we can track when, why and who made those changes.
