Senior Director of Development Operations

Drew University seeks a Senior Director of Development Operations to oversee all information systems that support the development and alumni relations process, including strategic management of the fund raising and alumni database, processing and handling donations, maintaining constituent records, production of financial reports. The Senior Director reports to the Assistant Vice President of Development and manages a staff of four full-time employees.

Qualifications for the position include: Bachelor's Degree, at least five years experience in managing personnel and a relational database (preferably The Raiser's Edge), extensive knowledge of fund raising principles, demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and internet technologies, excellent organizational and analytical skills, and high standards for work quality.
