I need to create a report that will give me user activity on a weekly basis.  Those that have to monitor other user activity would you please share with me what works for you?  Thank you in advance for sharing your knowledge.

Hi, Zoe. There's not an actual report that will include user activity, but an alternate method is to create queries for the record types (e.g., constituent or gift) in question to see when they were modified and by whom. On the Criteria tab, you can filter on Added By and/or Last Changed By fields. RE doesn't track what the actual changes were, but at least it's a start to see which users modified records.

Hi there,

 I find the queries very helpful; to check data entries by our RE users in my office. Just to make sure we are all on the same page.  Specifically for gift entry, I use the gift validation report. Just to check fund, campaign, appeals choosen or the solicitor when a gift is entered.  But overall the queries are the best for this.
