    We are among the folks who have waited to implement Version 7.  I would be very interested in hearing from organizations who have implemented some time ago.  What were your major issues during the conversion process and afterwards.  Were those issues promptly and satisfactorially resolved by Blackbaud.  Do you continue to have ongoing problems or are things working smoothly.
