Has anyone else had integration problems with RE and Word 2007? My mail function gives error messages each time I merge a document. It is not recoverable. Just wondering if I missed a patch or something that would fix the problem.

Hi, Lisa. As long as you're using RE 7.82.1514 or higher, you should not experience compatibility issues with Word 2007. You can check your RE version by going to Help, About.

If the errors are only occurring on one workstation, I'd recommend running an update/repair on your computer (see BB57039). Otherwise, you may want to create a case with Support for further troubleshooting assistance.

Problems with mail have been happening to me too. It eventually just worked but I was getting some weird error messages. The major problem I am having now is I think with Vista. I created letters on my Vista machine and when someone else runs the letters, the letters come out in code.

We have been having A LOT of problems that seem to be tied to the new MS Office 2007 - they seem to have started when we created a new letter type in the new MS office.  After a lot of round and round, we are now going to create all new letters in MS 2007.  We are told that will fix it -  I hope/pray it will.
