Title: Senior Development Reporting Officer

Description:

The Sr. Development Reporting Officer performs a variety of database management processes where the results generate a wide variety of reports (finance, research, marketing, and analytical information), requested by CHB Trust officers and senior management. Collaborates with officers and senior managers to refine information requests, identifies data source systems and executes technical solutions that leverage database information per user specifications. Responsible for training Trust employees on the definition and utilization of business rules used to manage information in the Trust databases (i.e. Raiser’s Edge, Financial edge and Information Edge ). Develops and maintains user training plans and upkeeps gift processing procedures. The incumbent will collaborate with staff across Trust Operations regarding database information integrity activities, as well as, the development and implementation of standardized reporting and exporting procedures for the Trust.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of related operations experience required.
• Experience with Raiser's Edge software required.
• 4 yr degree required.
