The Sisters of St. Francis, located in a beautiful park setting in Williamsville, NY, are looking for a Development Associate.  The associate will be responsible for most day-to-day operations of the Development Office, including the fundraising database management.  Proficiency in fundraising computer systems is very desirable, especially with The Raiser's Edge.  Demonstrated proficiency in office and wordprocessing software and spreadsheets is also necessary.

The sucessful candidate must maintain good working relationships with administrators, co-workers, benefactors and suppliers.  This person will also supervise volunteers, oversee all mailings, design office forms and procedures, and assist with all special events.

The Development Associate should be a competent professional possessing initiative, sound judgement and the ability to manage multiple projects and volunteers.  Good organizational and management skills are a necessity.  Strong computer and writing skills, and the ability to relate well with persons on all levels, are a must.
