currently we are seeking feed back from any and all on data entry job descriptions for RE.  In my area we are looking for ways to not only give opportunity for grownth but certainly to have the team on a payscale that recognizes their skill/s.  I understand that at BBU when a person is learning RE for the first time there is a form of introduction that is RE: I and II and so on.  I am hoping you guys have job descriptions that are in tiers (ie, data entry I; data entry II and data entry III).  Can anyone assist I sure can use the help and if by chance you can email something to me that would be awesome!  zoe.peterson@fumch.org
