Hi,

 My agency is holding a phonathon next week, but we've run into some trouble:  how do we determine how much money we should ask for? We have the donation histories of all the donors we are going to call, but we're not sure whether or not we should ask them to double their largest gift, or double the amount of the last give they gave? If you have any suggestions I'd really appreciate it!
