Errors with Constituent Profile Report & Event Profile Report

    Hello,

I was wondering if anyone else receives "error in formula" and "insufficient memory" messages when trying to preview/print the Constituent Profile Report and Event Profile Report. We are currently using Raisers Edge version 7.83.1622.0. We're using the following software (please see below)...Any info would be greatly appreciated!

Are you trying to run the reports on your database server?  If so, then this would appear to be a strange error.  However, if you are trying to run these on a workstation, it may be insufficient to run the reports since running the reports uses local, not network, resources.  These profile reports can require a ton of resources.

Hi, Noah. If the error occurs on only one workstation (rather than the server), I'd also recommend running an update/repair on the workstation. Knowledgebase solution BB445514 has more information.
