What is the policy at other organizations regarding this.  Recieved a phone call today from a woman who wanted to know how we got her name.  Other places I've worked stated we could never divulge the information.. My current work place does not have a policy on this. First time since I've been here that it's come up as well.  So I dont know if my inability to divulge this info was due to confidentiality clauses or just our preference as an organiation..
