    Touch screen kiosk

Does anyone out there use a touch screen kiosk for Volunteers to sign in on? I'd love to know there was something out there compatible with Raiser's Edge. Hillary Murphy Financial Administrator Phoebe Foundation

I know this message is super old, but thought others might be wondering the same thing now... We use a touch screen kiosk for Volunteers to sign in. It is linked specially with the very new Volunteer Time-keeping System (VTS) plugin. Since it's very new, there are a few kinks to work out, but generally our Volunteers like it and it is a great time saver plus allows you to see who is currently signed into the building and allows Volunteers to see their record basis (ie last activity date, mailing address, phone, email, birthdate... ).

Hi Rachelle, We presently do not have a good piece of software for our Volunteer Tracking. I was wondering if you could give me the company info on this Touch Screen Volunteer tracking system. Thanks Al Parker

VTS - the system we use - is done by Blackbaud. I think it's pretty new but we got it and I would assume you could too. Just talk to your Blackbaud rep or have your I.T. people do so. We bought the actual touch screen seperately - Blackbaud just gave us the software. You can use VTS just as well with a normal computer with mouse/keyboard.
