I am interested to know of other organisations's experiences moving from manual direct debits to paperless.  We currently take manual direct debit instructions but are interested in moving to paperless.

I would be interested to know the following:

: the steps involved and which of these are essential and which ones are optional

: how long the whole process took and how much had to be done on Raiser's Edge

: the work required by Blackbaud

: which software suppliers were used to manage the integration and was the software completely compatible with Raiser's Edge?

: approximate costs
