I have 30 teachers using FAweb for attendance and gradebook. I generally log about 5 FAWeb errors daily. Once a month, usage is heavy when teachers are under deadline to post comments and that error count might get up around 15 per day. Early on, most of our issues were caused by hitting the back button, or session time outs but must folks have learned their way out of that. But still, 9 months later, things are quiter but there are still way more errors logged than I'd like to see with any application - and teachers still hate it. I get regular enough complaints of disappearing attendance from the computer science teacher that I think there might be something to it. Despite knowing not to let there sessions time out or use back, people constantly loose a screen full of data entry and have to start over.
Has anyone else had an experience like this?

I have over 100 teachers using it, and although they do complain about one thing or another, we have none of those problems.
It sounds like the program may have a problem of some sort on your end. Have you personally been able to create the situation?

I must admit we have over 60 teachers and have no problems or errors to report, except user error :)
I would check your configuration, and also what database server are you using? cause if you using MSDE, or SQL express you will have problems.
