    The Haberdashers' Aske's Boys' School

    Development Manager(Database and Direct Marketing) You are invited to apply for the post of Development Manager, giving you the opportunity to help build Britain’s leading school external relations team. Bringing your extensive knowledge of CRM databases (particularly Raiser’s Edge) and direct marketing techniques, you will help to populate and maintain a relationship database of potential and actual parents and pupils, Old Boys and old parents, and friends.  You will also help to sustain a vital community of friends and supporters using print and the internet and maintain ongoing friend-raising and fund-raising (annual appeal, legacies, etc) programmes while ensuring compliance with the highest standards of donor stewardship and financial reporting. You will bring substantial experience in and knowledge of commercial suppliers, along with strong organisational skills and a maturity of judgement, resilience and personal presence.  Salary will be up to £32,205 pa, depending on skills and experience. Further details about the post and an application form can be obtained from our website (www.habsboys.org.uk) or by email from: staffvacancies@habsboys.org.uk   The closing date is 16th May 2008.
