Our organization would like to link our registrar system with our student billing system. Currently, we are entering students twice (one in registrar and one in student billing). Is there a way to eliminate this? Also, is there a way to link charges for classes from the registrar to student billing?

Ken: Blackbaud has a module called Academy Manager which will allow the linking between the Registrars' module and Student Billing for Windows. If you do not have the module, Blackbaud has provided in the past at little or no cost. Another option is to export the "new" students from the Registrars' system and then import them to Student Billing. Good Luck, Donald Smith
