Crystal Reports keeps crashing?!

    Crystal Reports keeps crashing?!

    Hi everyone,

    This is NOT my first time using Crystal Reports for RE.  Like before, I created a .mdb export in RE then tried to open it in Crystal.  After I selected the database, I have the option of either looking/editing the links or going straight into the design view.... well, this is when Crystal crashes!!  I tried this with a DB not from RE and there were no problems. 

     Any suggestions as to what went wrong?  Any input would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi Megan, Are you exporting from Raiser's Edge in Blackbaud ReportWriter Database format or Access? Also, what version of Crystal are you using: 8.5 or 11? How does it crash - are you getting an error or does it just close out? If it is just closing down, have you created a report on this workstation before? Also, is Crystal installed locally?
