Hi we are new at taking online donations and just has someone sign-up for a recurring gift.  How are others handling this process thorugh BBNC?

 We wrote a custom part in BBNC that uses the API to build and insert a pledge into RE.

It works really well. I'm not sure if the out of the box solution in NetCommunity for Online Giving facilitates pledges.

Sorry this is a bit late, but I've been away from the office.

 BBNC does a great job of handling recurring gifts.  You simply add the gift to the downloaded batch, and when you commit it, the schedule is automatically created.  We have been using BBNC for recurring gifts, tribute gifts and one-time donations for a number of years and they all integrate nicely back into RE.

As Harriet has said, NetCommunity will create the recurring gift and schedule for you. I would breifly add that the ongoing payments to the recurring gift are not processed by NetCommunity, and should be included with your existing recurring gift program.
