Prior to the update to version 7.71 we were able to get report cards and transcripts to open up within seconds but now it takes 2min30sec on my machine (64 bit).  Nothing else has changed except the software.

 Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

Not so much slow, but I am very frustrated with the error I continue to get (on transcripts) when it does not recognize the network that supplies the gif for the logo. I can't delete the file and save. Blackbaud has said the work around is to go into Mail/Forms, to delete there, save and then run again.  I think this is more inherent to Vista but makes remote work impossible

I am noticing this also.  When I wanted to run transcripts for 285 seniors it took over 30 minutes.  I believe it used to be about 10 minutes or less. I am learning about patience.
