Thanks again to those who were able to take some time to attend the Higher Education user groups. I personally found the user groups very informative and have an excellent understanding of some of the challenges faced across the different Universities and Colleges. The user groups are first and foremost for all of our Raisers Edge (and NetCommunity) users out there so any feedback on what you would like to see/hear/discuss will help us to keep improving the meetings.

• What would you like to see in future user groups?
• How often would you like us to run the groups?
• Do regional groups work well?
• Would you like to break the HE group further: Raisers Edge/NetCommunity, Alumni/Development etc?
• What other Higher Education specific groups or events would help?

Hopefully you will all have seen the recent emails regarding the upcoming User Group at the CASE conference in Brighton. The User Group will take place on Friday 29th August from 10am - 2pm and is open to all Higher Education Insitutions.

 In preparation for the User Group, it would be great to hear any feedback you have on what you would like to hear covered, discussion points, suggestions etc.
