Hi,When emailing the output of a scheduled report via Queues within Raiser's Edge, the receipient received the email. But when s/he opens the email an error message is displayed that the file is damaged. Formats used for attachment were PDF and Excel. Both had problems. Blackbaud says that the problem lies within the smtp settings but that they couldn't tell us how to fix this. Has anyone else gotten this to work? What settings do I need to look at? Just to let you know: Blackbaud has finally found the problem to be within their application. A fix is expected to be released in May.Marlene
