    Just wondering - when it comes to contacts how do other organizations keep them updated and who is responsible to do it? Thanks, Ann

    Our executive assistant, IT manager and one admin asst have responsibility for updating the contacts list for the Foundation. Staff are repsonsible for getting information to them timely. Michael Bankert VP, Finance & Administration California State Parks Foundation
