    Do you accept credit card payments? We would appreciate your participation in a short Credit Card Processing Survey, which will strengthen our understanding of your processes and help us determine what changes to make to our products in accordance with the Visa PCI Compliance Acceleration Program.

    Even if your organization does not currently accept credit cards, please take a few minutes to complete the survey.
