Position: Junior Web Developer (NetCommunity Developer)
Location: Annapolis, MD (Baltimore/Washington Area)

General Description:
This full time position is part of the Information Services department.  The Information Services department is a “shared service”, supporting both the Naval Academy Alumni Association and the two divisions of the Naval Academy Foundation. This position reports directly to the Senior Website Developer.
 
Position Summary:
Responsible for ASP.net & Visual Studio 2005 development & implementation of websites & custom web controls for the United States Naval Academy Alumni Association & Foundation’s websites. Works closely with Communications and IT staff members to help facilitate our mission; supporting U.S. Naval Academy Alumni, parents, family and friends.

Position Duties:
•    Work in Visual Studio 2005 to create custom ASP.net web controls for integration with the NetCommunity system.
•    Work with APIs and web services to integrate web controls with The Raiser’s Edge.
•    Support current custom ASP.net web controls already in place.
•    Support existing ASP websites as required.
•    Attend project requirement meetings
•    Attend various meetings relating to websites and provide technical knowledge as required.
•    Contribute to the day to day operations of the IT staff as needed.
