We have gone 'live' with Convio and are in the process of putting together our Policies and Procedures for the Development Department.  Does anyone have such a manual they could share?  It would only be used as a starting point for us.  Writing something like this seems a very daunting process and I am so overwhelmed that I don't know where/how to start it.
