We are getting ready to integrate AO/RO/RE with SB.
Has anyone had any problems as far as records management is concerned?
My plan is for RO to take care of marking for re-enrollment and promoting students.
Is there anything that I should watch out for?
Thank you.

I have permissions restricted so that only the Registrar's Office can add records or make changes to addresses or parental relationships. Before I did that the person entering data in Student Billing would create new records when she couldn't quickly find the one she was looking for.
My "watch out for" is to make sure you have a "clean" picture in RO of who are current students. When we integrated AO/RO w/ SB this Christmas, we ended up with many duplicate records and some Withdrawn STU records that were not duplicated but now marked active again (about 400+ combined). We believe this is because my SB did NOT have relationships correctly set up and all billing was tied to older, now graduated and/or withdrawn sibs when all current billing activity should be on younger, and still enrolled, STU. Thank goodness I had a printout (albeit dated) of currently enrolled STU prior to integration or we would have had a much tougher time coming back to balance. Now we regularly track the number of STU records and currently enrolled STU so we can spot big changes like this much more quickly.
Another "be careful" is that both AO/RO and SB have "Current Status" on their Bio1 tabs. Unfortunately in AO/RO that's current ENROLLMENT status and it's current BILLING status in SB.
