    SAT/PSAT/ERB(CTP4) import

Just a note of possible help for those dealing with this issue, we've had a program created that will extract the students names and scores from the raw files provided by the testing services into a CSV file. The file has one test per line, so if Jane Doe takes the PSAT she will have 4 entries in the CSV file, which allows us to match the names against their names in EE database and use the exported ImportID to import the scores.

If you have any interest in trying/using this program, drop me a line and I will email it to you.

That sounds great!  I would love to try this program which would make it so much easier to get those scores entered.  Can you let me know how I can access it?  My email is cvila@belenjesuit.org

We are planning to request test scores on disc for the first time and I, as DB Coordinator, would love to have you provide some insights! Our Administrative staff feel they have time over the summer to take on the learning curve associated with this process. How much is really involved in reporting test scores to parents and including them on transcripts?

    Thanks,
