    Manager, Gift Processing position at The Children's Hospital Foundation in Denver, Colorado

    The Children's Hospital Foundation in Denver, Colorado is seeking a Manager of Gift Processing. The main functions of the position include: - Manage the daily, weekly and monthly tasks of the Gift Processing department. - Assign and prioritize tasks for gift processing staff. - Supervisor the daily work of gift processors (answer questions, review work for quality). - Train gift processors. - Handle advanced gift processing tasks (pledges, pledge reporting, large gifts). - Setup online donation forms. - Other duties as assigned. Required skills: - Management experience - Ability to interact positively with other departments and co-workers using tact and diplomacy. - Multi-tasked manner of thinking. - Self-motivated and directed. - Excellent administrative skills - Highly motivated - Proven ability to produce results in a highly deadline-oriented environment. - High quality productivity on a timely basis. - Attentiveness to detail - Ability to delegate - Creative and flexible - Independence, reliability - Ability to handle pressure, to meet deadlines, and to do so with a minimum of supervision or instruction. - Ability to learn new software and to follow procedures. Preferred candidates will have worked in a similar position for 1-2 years, have gift processing experience, familiarity with Raiser's Edge.
