Hello, we have just migrated to Raiser's Edge 7 from another software package and we are doing pretty well, only snag that seems to be consistent is our GL distributions. The other side of our campus (business office) also converted to a new software package, this forced us to create all new GL account numbers. Now I am charged w/ the fun task of adding GL credit and debit numbers to all 350 of our funds - and the only way I can seem to figure out to do this is going into each fund. I have explored the "load from default" option, but not sure I can use that since we do not have the Financial Edge. Any advice from others that have been through this process is greatly appreciated!!

Thanks Melissa! That is the only way I can figure to do it also w/o going into each fund record. Do you think on the export all of the choices (cash, pledge pay, stock pay, etc.) would line up correctly? I've only done a few exports and have a little anxiety about becoming muddled up somehow - probably irrational. Thank you for your advice, I think I may export the funds and see what that looks like and see if this may work. Thanks again!!
