My staff has been having a terrible time lately trying to print out internet orders. Our Bocas are networked - 2 terminals to a printer - and I guess PE doesn't like that? Does anyone else share printers between terminals or are you 1 printer, 1 terminal setups? Any suggestions on how I can get my 2 printers to talk more easily to the 4 terminals??? Can't afford additional Bocas this year. Better yet, anyone have any extra Boca Mini-Plus printers they no longer use???
