What exactly are you looking for? In our organization a procedure would be a step-by-step description of entering various types of data into the system. For example Direct mail donations. It may also be Database administration duties or data entry standards. I have about 30 different documents - some of which may not be of use to others. As far as policies - I don't have policies but I do have something I call data entry office procedures which may be what others would call policies. such things as processes when requesting reports and queries, changing records etc. If any of this would be of use to you I would be happy to share it with you. Please let me know what types of details you are looking for and I will try to send related documents. Ann
