    Looking for any information from those of you who use lockbox services. Are you using just the basic service or the electronic data delivery service? If using the electronic option, how are the gifts being imported into RE? Are you finding that you are saving staff time in the gift processing area by utilizing these services?

    We use a lockbox service with Chase but I am not too sure of the particulars. We download the gift information from the Internet into Access. From Access, we import the gifts into RE. However, we only use the lockbox for direct mail appeals and are working within one Campaign & Fund. Limiting this info helps cut down on any import exceptions and errors. It definitely saves a lot of time.
