    Is there anyone out there running custom reports to show a constituent's gifts received vs orders placed in CounterPoint?

    On our Year End Tax Statements I have to show our constituents how much they donated minus the value of the resources they requested.

    Any Help? Any One? :)

    Trey Hendon @ The Encouraging Word: I can't answer your question, but I was wondering if you could answer a few of mine. Are you pleased with the Counterpoint product? What do you like the most? What do you dislike? Do you interface with Raiser's Edge? If so, have you been able to seamlessly import/export between the two systems? Do you also use Outbound in conjunction with Counterpoint?
