    I have a parent who can get into NetClassroom just find but when they try to click on any links they get the LOADING message then PAGE NOT FOUND (or maybe CANNOT BE DISPLAYED). This seems to be caused by their home network setup since they've tested a computer on another network and it worked fine but not when they brought it back into their home network. Any suggestions??     Can it be their security or firewall settings? Are they able to access other password protected sites?
