We have Student Billing and implemented NetClassroom w/ Education Edge. So the grades and other info can be seen by parents on-line.  It will allow Student Billing to post whatever statement format you want the parent to see.  We update all the statements when we post our tuition management payments (about 2x a month).

Of course, that's just for visibility.  No link to make payments.  No assurance that the parents look at the bill there.  But, it saves us having to mail out updates for people who are not delinquent.  It also lets people review their statement and have more intelligent questions when they call the business office.
