Kate, I've looked on the Support Forum Documents page and don't see anything that looks like its yours. Did you send ? It says to send to [Email Removed]. I see that to my left as I write this "E-mail attachments to [Email Removed]" - which is what you said you'd do. I wonder what happened to them I'd like to see your samples, also. Maybe BB doesn't take multiples.. Thanks, Judy Judith Bromley Audubon Naturalist Society Chevy Chase, MD [Email Removed]

Ms. Yang I would also like to receive the report(s) you have created in Crystal, especially for Events. We have five(5) major events each year and really would love to have improved reports without having to recreate the wheel. It sounds like the Crystal reports or at least the field exported for this would be a good one to share. We use Events but find it limiting. I see that in version 7 Lodging information was added. However, our events do not involve lodging. What we do need is a field that can track golf handicap, bid number, etc. Pat Dell MeritCare Foundation

Would appreciate some more feedback on Crystal Reports Vs Standard Reports. Also, When you use Crystal, do you link it through Custom Reports, one report at a time or do you just use one export and have a whole set of Crystal reports updated in one go rather than one at a time?

The reports are linked in the custom reports section as most users are more comfortable staying within RE. I use the same export for every event report, and obviously you don't need to refresh it unless new data has been entered.

Kate, I have just created an Crystal report for a list of participants - outside of RE - and have two questions: 1. Where do I put it so RE Custom reports can locate it? 2. I'm having trouble with a formula. Do you use IF formulas? I want to put a participant in a field in the report only if he is a certain type of Participation. It won't pick it up. I'll discuss more in detail off-line if you - or anyone can help. Thanks Judith Bromley Audubon Naturalist Society Chevy Chase, MD [Email Removed]
