We post weekly and during our slower months, I only reconcile monthly.  I work at a United Way so the volume picks up significanly in a few weeks - at that time I will begin reconciling bi-monthly and then move into weekly reconciliations for a few months.

I use the Banks Cash Mgmt and just keep changing the ending balance until I get to month end that way I only have one "hard" reconciliation per month.
