    Can anyone tell me an easy way to add a reminder to a constituent record? I have some const. whose donations get handled in specific ways and would like an auto reminder when adding a gift to their records. Thank you,

    I have set up an annotation to my constituents that have specific gift instructions. The only downfall to this is the annotatation comes up whenever the constituent is opened too.
