    AddressFinder

I recently used AddressFinder service. I don't think it is beneficial because I sent 50,000 records and only had 1100 changed addresses. Also, addressfinder only checks the last 3 years. Does anyone have any other service of BB that they use that is more beneficial? Veronica D. Stubbs

I am also curious about this issue. I recently used AddressFinder as well and sent about 25000 records and only received about 1800 changed addresses. AddressFinder

We use AddressFinder and like the service. We're seeing about 5% address changes each time we do it, which is three to four times a year. That's 5% of your database who would not get your mail, wasted postage going out, and additional postage coming back if you're adding an address correction endorsement to your mailings. Being a university, we're seeing recent grads will move five times in the first five years out of school, so keeping up with them is a challenge. The best part of AddressFinder is the method of sending the data to them in the Data Health Center and the ease of getting it back in one big batch. With any other service you use, you would be looking at manually correcting addresses. Rick Reso Nicholls State University 906 East 1st Street Thibodaux, LA 70301 (985) 493-2517 [Email Removed]
