Any luck? How are you tracking volunteer hours?

I headed up trying to build steam behind this effort when I was in Blackbaud School Administration Support in 1996-1997 and then when I was moved to Sales in 1998 and was in Toronto monthly, I continued with my efforts to try and coordinate a solution for this. I'd be happy to throw my hat in the ring and help finally try and solve this issue. Maybe I can write a Crystal report that solves most of it - there could be some field issues and maybe Blackbaud can help there. It's disappointing that this is still an issue.

We're working with a company introduced to us by Blackbaud: HiQ. They canl produce (and maintain!) the ON:SIS reports for us. We briefly considered producing them in-house but, since ON:SIS is still in development, keeping the reports up to date would be almost a full-time job. The requirements are very convoluted, the "upload" file is in a non-standard CSV-like format, and the updates happen quarterly.
