Scenario: A student has applied for grade 12. They are put on waitlist as there are no current places available. No spots open up during the year. They are now finished grade 12 at another school. Their status at our school is still "waitlist". I do not want to delete the record and DNCP is not correct as they did complete the application process. I just need to know what status other schools use to finalize this file. Thanks.

We use some form of Withdrawn- either withdrawn during school year of withdrawn and not returning. You could also use a deactive status.
