I recently just did this for another organization. I only had the company name, address and phone numbers. The column headings I used were: ConsID ConsCode OrgName AddrImpID AddrLines AddrCity AddrState AddrZIP PhoneAddrImpID PhoneNum PhoneType KeyInd I hope that helps. the best way to create an import template with the headers you want is to create an import file based on records that already exist in your datababe with the fields you want to import. Just create a constituent import, select 'create import file', link to a query containing a fair sampling of your current organization records, then select the fields you are planning in importing later under the fields tab. RE will create an excel file that could be used to import the reoords you selected. Now format and paste your new records into that file and then in tab 1 change the setting to 'import new records' Steven Best Finance Coordinator BC Cancer Foundation
